ANBI status of Het Actiefonds

Het Actiefonds is a registered NGO with a tax exemption under RSIN/fiscaal number 28.72.225. Het Actiefonds is fully recognised as an ANBI, which means that the organisation’s efforts are almost entirely committed to the public benefit. This falls under article 24 of the Successiewet.

• Because of this, Het Actiefonds has no requirements to pay inheritance tax or gift tax over inheritances or gifts that we receive.
• Any money we transfer for public benefit is exempt from gift taxes.
• Donors can subtract their donations to Het Actiefonds from their yearly income tax (of course within current applicable rules).
• Note: Het Actiefonds is registered on the website of the Dutch tax office under the name Stichting XminY – Het Actiefonds.
